I loved Tiffy and Leon. LOVED! The way they get to know each other by writing notes back and forth in the beginning was so fun and cute. I've never wanted two characters to end up together more. But it's deeper than that. There's some emotional and scary moments that happen that made this book more grounded. The story was perfectly paced from beginning to end. I just couldn't get enough.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I listened to the audiobook of this one and it was a treat! Leon's sexy Irish accent made me fall in love with him. Tiffy was read so well also. I finished it in more than a week because I felt bored with the drama within the storyline. However, I love the characters (and the name) (and how it gives me some sense of having a clean bedroom and I read the book in the corner of it). Low rating because probably I was not liking the whole drama and it felt slow.

This book beautifully highlighted what it was like to live through each of the scary moments that Tiffy experienced. I loved how Leon’s thoughts became more thorough as he became happier. It was so noticeable at the end when Richie got out. This was amazing and had me giggling and kicking my feet. A lot of people I’ve seen review it have missed the point of the whole book I think, talking about Leon’s chapters writing, but that was the point I think… he was under developed when he wasn’t happy. Tiffy is a show for tall women out there who like to make themselves known by what they wear when they walk into the room. She wasn’t too quirky in my opinion and found her VERY likable. All in all, I’m recommending it to all my friends.

The twist? They were roommates, or bedmates, on different time of the days. Nothing new apart from the side quest with the little brother in the prison, violent ex and other people’s long lost love. I shouldn’t have picked up chick lit again to be honest. Can’t stand it

I quite enjoyed this book, especially Leon’s character. The writing style made it a quick read and the romance was a slow burn, which was a refreshing change from the ‘love at first sight’ stories that are more common in this genre.

This novel written by Beth O’Leary follows the story of Tiffy and Leon who become flatmates (even share the same bed) but have never actually met. Leon has the flat during the day and Tiffy in the evening. That’s why they start to communicate through post-it notes that they leave around the flat for each other. These characters are adorable, Tiffy is strong and goofy and Leon is caring and serious and soft. The Flatshare is a very heart-warming and sweet story with a little taste of British humour. You will definitely have a good time reading it.

It’s perfect for rom-com fans, and it’s easy to devour in one or two sittings! However, there must be a tiny trigger warning since there’s a subtle but honest discussion about some serious topics: mainly emotional and psychological abuse, and manipulation. But this is handled really well and appropriately for the story.

Read a 2nd time! This was a fun book to read. The romance and the plot is simple and cute. I liked main characters and how they interacted, however all this "flatsharing" idea is kinda weird and a little unrealistic! BUT it was still a fun read.

I’m a sucker for romance and I enjoyed this one. It’s a light one and you’re able to read it pretty fast! Tiffy is a sweet girl and Leon is the brother/bf we all would want!

so here are some things i really loved about this:
- i feel like with romance novels the romance part tends to usually take up most of the story (and understandably so) but i loved that here the romance was interwoven with so many other plot lines (tiffy slowly coming to terms with how emotionally abusive her past relationship was (and learning to move past it), richie’s unfair sentence, the johnny white search, even katherin’s knitting book becoming a huge success!) 
- i loved loved loved the notes tiffy and leon were sharing amongst each other and it made their relationship grow so naturally 
- loved them together, loved the progression of their relationship
- another thing that often bugs me about romance novels is how the main character usually never has any friends of her own, just either her family or just the love interest so it was refreshing to see tiffy have a group of supportive friends (though i do wish they’d made more appearances tbh)
- i was a bit put off by the fact that leon’s chapters are told in a very succinct note-like manner, but i got used to it quite fast, and it does suit him and his style

There's few issues with this book all is well with Leon and Tiffy falling in love but this book excited me very minutely as with over exaggerated typical british characters , getting compromised morally and a not so funny Brit comedy in the book.Its very hard to vibe with the book.I felt the story could have picked pace when Leon's chapters have been well written.

So , I am really sad that this didn't live up to my expectations.

Maybe I should have read the synopsis for this one. I was expecting a cutesy romcom and this was not that. Leon’s chapters were weird - I just don’t understand why it was written that way. Tiffy was a ball of fun and your typical manic pixie dream girl. Idk I was kind of underwhelmed by this book.

★★★☆ // lovely little story of two people’s souls connecting through something as seemingly mundane as writing notes to each other. i also appreciated how it dealt with the baggage of moving on from an (emotionally) abusive relationship. seeing these characters come out of their shells while helping each other was such a delight. i have some qualms about the side characters not having significant purpose, but eh, i’ll take it. this has been beyond enjoyable.

3 stars for a cute plot and wonderfully charming narrator for Tiffy’s character, however, if you suffer from Misophonia, DO NOT listen to this. The narrator was for Leon’s character was good and all but it sounded like he had a mint in the his mouth and kept moving it from side to side. Drove me absolutely nuts. I don’t know if that’s meant to be for the character’s sake, but I just don’t understand how this was signed off.

oq eu mais amei é que de certa forma eles recorrem a uma maneira tao simples e “vintage” (me processa por usar isso assim) de se comunicar e é exatamente isso que torna a história deles adorável. 

eu odiei a namorado do leon desde o primeiro momento, so queria compartilhar isso aqui mesmo e tbm dizer que minha parte favorita com certeza foi o primeiro date dele e a tensão de “beija ou não beija” e no fim fomos traídos e não teve beijo.
