Maybe the hardest seasons of life teach you a different version of happiness. 

You were always enough. You were just giving your heart to the wrong people. 

The love you deserve will be your best when you are not your best. It will show up for you in the dark.

The love you deserve will choose you just as confidently as you choose it.

Instead of forcing something that wasn't working or fulfilling you anymore, you chose to walk away.

You deserve to be chosen. You deserve to be loved the way you love others. 

It is okay to outgrow those who don't know how to love you.

Sometimes you break your own heart. Sometimes you stay longer than you know you should, because you hold so much hope within you. Learning how to lay down that hope is one of the hardest parts of the healing process, but it is where you begin again. Trust yourself enough to let go, even when it hurts.

Me ha gustado mucho, fueron como palabras de comfort, palabras que necesitaba escuchar. Solo que muchas veces fue muy repetitivo, decía lo mismo en uno que otros capítulos. Rate: 3

This book was my very first self-help book that I read. I was enjoying every page because somehow it helped me to encourage myself and I guess this book is perfect for someone who's on their grieving stage and need a heal. Everything on this book is superb, just found it a bit repetitive.
