3.5 / if you are looking for another the secret history vibes (dark academia) book, i don't think this is the right one for you. however i really do like this book for the thriller! if i have to rant about this book then i gotta say it lacks of world building (reason why i dont think this is a good dark academia example compared to the secret history and if we were villains) and character development (i feel like all of the characters are really dull and stagnant and there isn't any likable character.. at all) but!!!!! if i gotta pick which one of these three plots and plot twists is my favorite then i will totally choose black chalk. oh and also this book doesn't actually have any chapters lol it's really cool
