The Year of Sanderson definitely ended with a bang. This is one of my fav types of books - a blend of the fantastical matched with sci-fi elements and scientific realism. This book also confirmed what I’ve come to find about Sanderson - his imagination is awesome and expansive - holy shit. That and he knows how to create an interesting character and draw the read into the story quickly. I now cannot wait to start the Stormlight Archives - I’m sure I will be returning to this book to spot all the Easter eggs that were hidden throughout.
