The main story is interesting enough in itself, but it's not really about the dolphins (the reason I wanted to read this). I mean, actually talking to freaking dolphins!? And it's almost glossed over... I'm gonna continue the series because as I said, the other story is interesting, I just hope to learn a lot more about IMIS And the dolphins.

3.5. An interesting yarn with sometimes workmanlike (as opposed to nuanced or elegant) writing. So many characters than none was well developed.
