I have read quite a few Brenda Novak books, she has become my go-to for reading I don't have to think about. I can just fall in and enjoy a well-crafted story. This one might just be my favorite. I immediately felt a connection to the characters and was cheering them on. The relationships were intriguing and, cheesy though it may be, heartwarming. I hope there's more to this story.

Life keeps putting Serenity into circles. But I think it is a good thing. Her personal life may be a mess but she gain two more sisters than before. That counts for something. Each of these sister have their stories to be told. It may be messy but life is never easy. They will each discover what they want even if it is the unexpected.
