I thought the previous two books were more compelling. But I really like the trio of main characters. I hope that this was just a story-stumble and the books improve.

Still don't understand all the secret organizations or their purpose, but the interactions of the characters and the plot still holds my interest. They books always end in such a way that I want to continue the series.
