Saga, Volume 10
Reviews

I was scared after the hiatus if the story would still be as amazing as before and I can confidently say it is! Love how the story didn't remaing stagnant with the years but grew and expanded and came back to us richer and fuller and with a great ensamble of characters. I was especially surprised with alana's character growth during issues, (view spoiler)[ she has suffered because of marko's death but she has stepped up as a mother and she is willing to do whatever it takes to make them survive. (hide spoiler)] I love how you can tell fiona staples' style evolved a little bit over the years and i think it suits the character's growth. Saga has seen so many tragic moments but none as big as the ending of the last volume and the sadness of that event permates each page of this volume (view spoiler)[ and its what makes the ending of this volume even more heartbreaking (hide spoiler)]. I hope we can see a little bit of happiness in their future and not just sadness.

trust saga to make me start the year with a good crying session
