Why We Eat More Than We Think

Mindless Eating

Hands down the most informative and entertaining book about sneaky eating habits. Who would’ve thought there were so many traps beyond “dinner plates getting bigger by the year”? Useful aha!s to incorporate into healthier eating habits.

Raúl Barroso Moreno

I found this book very oriented to those who never cared about what they eat and also live in a market that favours so much big-sized packages and sugary products. It's very repetitive on certain concepts detailing with different studies how each theory was tested.

This book however has some good parts such as it makes you think about how you really are in control of what you eat vs what society or the industry in general (you think) imposes. How deprivation is not a good long-term solution for eating better, or some tips to make eating healthier more part of your life-style than a diet.
