This age-gap, dark romance gave me red puffy eyes, raw emotions, anger on all the unworthy pieces of meat breathing in the world & the harsh reality of such things happening to people out there with no one to help them. We've all read & watch Cinderella, but this is a darker, more f*cked up & more abused from every single way version which will make your blood boil. There are trigger warnings that should not be taken lightly, because this is one of the darkest stuff I've read and yes I've read many. This book isn't long, approximately less than 200 pages but covers every area, every emotion and ticks every box necessary for a more than 5 star book! The author did not leave any loose ends or stretch the story unnecessarily & as I always say, finish this book in one go to feel the pain, hurt, helplessness and every other emotion. The recovery was fast paced, the romance was the appropriate amount, really wanted more to happen to the bitch, maybe her death? YES. 𝗔𝗕𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬𝟬% 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗧, in case it wasn't already known. •••••••••••••••••••••••• I've recieved an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
