I read this book as part of my challenge to read five adult books over the summer that were not ARCs.

This was a cozy mystery that I had no strong feelings about. There was a character whose motivation was that he didn't want to go back to jail, and I don't know, I feel like we should be more sympathetic to him instead of having a Carcareal Justice Mindset, but also I don't remember if he was the murderer or not and also it's not that deep. So, whatever.
