★★★ // Admittedly, I had a different expectation for Vol 7 considering how meaty Vol 6 was. I didn’t quite connect with this new volume bcos it had different stories and not the continuation that I expected, but I appreciate it nonetheless esp after reading the Afterword. Can’t imagine being a Trese fan waiting all those years for a new volume to come out. It took Sir Kajo and Sir Budjette five years bcos of so many changes in their lives. I’m just really happy we got this, and they still have the daily releases for “Tiger Burning Bright” and “The Abduction of Ernesto Clementine” on the Trese facebook page and Sir Kajo’s instagram account.

Much respect to our local artists who continue to create and put out great work for us fans. I’ll always be here patiently waiting for the next updates. Manifesting a new volume + Trese season 2 on Netflix!
