“No,” I feel my irritation begin to rise, “she made herself strong and she did it for you. Don’t you dare take credit for what she’s become.”

I was raised to believe that nothing good stays, eventually good feelings; people; and places disappear; and all that remains are the bad. So, I can’t help but worry about the things that could happen.
