Contrary to popular belief, Jack wasn't a ghost. He was imprisoned in a dream. He couldn't escape...

Is it corny to call this Charming? 🤔😂

Now, I will be completely honest I struggled in the beginning till about ¾ of the way through. 

Was this a difficult read? No. I had to Google some things but nothing impossible to understand. 

I must have missed a detail somewhere, about this being set in a more modern-NYC rather then the time of gowns and palaces. But that's on me. 

I also did not put 2+2 together until the very end, so again my bad. 😅

Now, obviously I can say I enjoyed this,there was the action, the romance, and the happy ending 😄. But something is missing, do I know what it is? No. I wish I did, because I loved this. 

The idea of Jack Frost being stuck behind a mirror, a magickal city/town, most obviously the evil queen, we are thrown from one extreme to the next. 

Idk of I would say this is a read for everyone, maybe those who want to read fantasy but aren't sure if that's really where they want to go or unsure of where to start. I guess you could also say YA, im not the smartest but there was some Google-ing involved, so maybe keep that I'm mind? 

Tiny spoiler, I don't think I would qualify this as a total gender-bent version of retelling but while the man is the one saved this time around was a nice twist.
