Book #5 Read in 2019 Calm the F*Down by Sarah Knight This "self-help" book is funny and entertaining...and somewhat helpful. Knight tells you how to calm down and deal with stuff once it happens and that you cannot control some things. I will read her other books for entertainment. I borrowed this book from the public library.

This is the second book of Sarah's I have read; I finished 'The Life-changing Magic of Not Giving A F**k' earlier this year. I love the way Sarah writes in such a candid way, and that she doesn't scoot around the tough stuff or act like this is an easy thing to achieve. I love the little exercises where you can put the teachings into practice. I found my self smirking and laughing at my own relation to some of the things I've definitely done in my life in regards to freaking out, and as a chronic overthinker, this book spoke to my soul.
