Makes me think of Texas Chainsaw Massacre meets Friday the 13th. A good and short gorey slasher book. If you're looking for some good gore and violence, this is your book. The author does an amazing job with his descriptions. Characters aren't particularly deep but they don't need to be for this book to work.

The perfect blend of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Friday the 13th.

This novel had the Friday the 13 vibes and I enjoyed it very much. It's like watching a slasher movie but in your mind. Makes sense? I can easily have a vivid imagery of the gory scenes the author describes, it was cringe worthy of a book. Like any other camping scenario, it's about a group of friends who wanna go out and have some fun. however, there's a cannibal out there in the woods. I find it pretty interesting that this so called cannibal is Hispanic and had some cultural references, which made it pretty cool to be honest. Just gives it more realism into the story. If your looking for a fast pace novel, this is it. It's a great horror quick read you can finish within 24 hours. I never heard of this author but I'm glad I picked up his book. It's great to find new authors! Give Sergio Gomez a change and read some of his books. I give this book 5 out 5 stars. If you have Kindle Unlimited you can find his books there. Why not give it a shot?
