I love the Lakeshore Chronicles, and this book is no exception. It focuses on Logan O'Donnell, amongst others, who now shares custody of his son Charlie with his mother, Daisy. Logan lives in Avalon where he returned to be closer to Charlie, although Daisy and her husband, Julian Gasteaux, no longer live there. Logan runs his own insurance business, but it no longer inspires him. When the Saddle Mountain resort comes up for sale, Logan wonders if it might be what he needs....
