This book did not age well. I suppose it would be fine to read it at the beginning of 21st century, when our knowledge of current environmental issues was limited, however now it is simply a package of truisms and widely-known information. It is also hard to determine what it is actually about - "thoughts" of Carl Sagan (as mentioned in the title) - is probably the only acceptable criterion. Unless you're a die-hard fan of the author's work - I don't think it is worth investing your time.

bir damla yaş durdu kitabın sonlarında gözümün kenarında. öylece durdu ama akıp gitmedi. söyleyecek söz bulamıyorum, kesinlikle başucu kitabım olarak anacağım bundan böyle... lütfen okuyun.
