This book isn't anything if not thorough when it comes to describing the Green River Killer investigation.

This is the first book I've read about the Green River Killer. It was a very interesting read and I hadn't really realized how many people this person has killed. It showcases everything that happened during the search of the killer and, most importantly, everything that went wrong. Incompetence very early on by the police, the clashes between police departments and precincts in other states, the uneasy and chaotic relationship with the media, lack of funding, political issues, etc.

I was hoping to read more about Bundy's involvement in this case, but this book only spends 4 pages talking about it. That's not really a big deal. I'll read Bob Keppel's book to learn more about that.

There is a lot of information packed in this book. The names of the women who were murdered alone are a little hard to keep track of. Especially since some of them used aliases when working as prostitutes. But once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to follow the story.
