estoy COMPLETAMENTE enamorada de esta historia porque tiene literalmente todo lo que me gusta y estoy contentisima!!!!!! anna es la mejor y le quiero dar el mundo entero porque se lo merece!! ls lightwood mi familia realmente he llorado mucho con el final porque daría mi vida por ells also el jem y ls herondale mi otra familia verdadera que son lo más lindo tambien he llorado con eso y na que toda esta gente es la mejor y merecen todo lo bueno que les de la vida eso es todo!!

3.5 stars While I loved reading about Anna, I have to say this story didn't really add much to the rest of this world for me. I felt really bad that her love story didn't go as she hoped and that she couldn't always be herself in the time she lived in! I believe that everyone should be able to be themselves, so that was hard to read. On the other hand, I liked Jem's role in this story. Since reading The Infernal Devices I've always been interested in Tessa's background. This gave a bit more insight and was rather interesting. Hopefully that's explored in another series. I can't imagine that Tessa's children had it easy when that side of Tessa showed itself.

These novellas man. They're killing me this time. The last 20% of this was absolutely magical. I've never been the biggest fan of Gabriel Lightwood (I mean, obviously), but the end of this novella redeemed him completely for me. Less Brother Zachariah here than I would have liked. However, this story was fully Anna's, and she shined.

I loved this! Once again, I audiobooked it (while making a Tiramisu for the Christmas Eve party tonight) and can I just say that I love Cecily and Anna so much! I love how accepting Cecily and Gabriel were of Anna and who she is and we see Isabelle's necklace and little baby Alexander, all the references and origin stories are amazing and I really loved this one!

My heart is so full! I adored this story about Anna Lightwood! She is so devastatingly a Herondale, I love her. The kids of my favorite English Shadowhunters are back with their witty banter and silly situations. Additionally, Jem has been sent on a mission to the Shadow Market for information and we learn a little more about a certain warlock’s parentage. 😱 Cast Long Shadows and Every Exquisite Thing are two more stories setting the stage for the upcoming Last Hours series and I am so damn excited for it. I need more of these kids!
