HONEST REVIEW REQUESTED In this second book of the series Addison has sent Daniel away back to the United States to get the flower to her sister for the cure. She has learned what the agreement between her and Griffin means, she must bear his child since she is the only female and his clan is dwindling. This book let you look into the life of the clan and how they live as shifters and what they have to deal with when it comes to raiders and people burning down their village. Addison soon feels as though she belongs next to Griffin in the jungle, she doesn't feel obligated to hold up the agreement anymore, she doesn't want to leave at all. But the head clan leader Xavier has others plans for her, he takes her away from Griffin and orders the ritual fight for the right to mate with her and he banishes Griffin from participating. Ramos (Griffin's friend) and a few others are against Xavier and comes to Griffins rescue and helps him get into the ritual fight. He challenges Kade (you can say a second in charge) and win then he challenges Xavier and wins that as well but he is hurt. Addison and Griffin are relieved that they are together again but there is something else that awaits them.
