I was surprised, because C.E. Ricci usually writes really toxic and complex relationships in her books, and this book was nothing like that. 

Honestly, the book had a huge potential to be a four star read, if not that the plot was literally non existent. There was so much spicy scenes, and I’m not saying that’s bad, but literally nothing happening for soo long and every chapter was just pure $smut. Also, what pissed me off is the fact that Aspen should grovel more at the end.

The relation between our two main characters was made beautifully and I love the progress they made. If you want to start reading this author's books, I recommend starting with this one.
