Meine Meinung: Schon mit Flawed hat mich Cecelia Ahern nicht nur überrascht, sondern auch restlos begeistern können. Mit dem zweiten Teil ihrer ersten All Age Reihe konnte sie mich ebenso für sich einnehmen. Ich habe Perfect ebenso geliebt, wie schon seinen Vorgänger und für mich ist dieses Buch ein gelungener Abschluss der Dilogie. 
Am Ende von Flawed findet sich die Protagonistin Celestine in einer schwierigen Situation wieder. Sie ist nicht mehr nur eine Fehlerhafte sondern wird von dem System gesucht, an dessen Spitze der Vater ihres Exfreundes Art steht. Sie flüchtet zu ihrem Großvater, wo sie zumindest eine Weile sicher ist. Genau an dieser Stelle steigen wir wieder in das Geschehen ein und schnell ist klar, dass Celestine nicht lange bei ihrem Großvater in Sicherheit ist. Das System ist ihr auf den Fersen und viele Leute bauen auf sie und auf das, was sie bereits ins Rollen gebracht hat: die Anfänge einer Revolution an der nicht nur Fehlerhafte beteiligt sind, sondern auch Leute, die schon längst nicht mehr an das System der Gilde glauben. Doch Celestine selbst sieht sich nicht als Mitglied oder gar Anführerin dieser Revolution. 
Ich habe Celestine schon im ersten Teil sehr ins Herz geschlossen und im Verlauf von Perfect hat sie sich dort noch tiefer eingenistet. Ich mag ihre Art, die nicht immer zu hundert Prozent moralisch ist, dafür aber umso glaubhafter und liebenswerter. Sie hat sich bis hin zum letzten Kapitel des Buches enorm entwickelt ohne dabei an Glaubhaftigkeit zu verlieren. Sehr schön fand ich außerdem, dass sich insgesamt überhaupt sehr stark auf Celestine konzentriert wurde und alle anderen Charaktere, selbst Carrick, doch sehr im Hintergrund bleiben. Das macht die Entwicklung noch deutlicher und lässt uns außerdem mehr auf ihre Gedankengänge konzentrieren, die, wie ich finde, eine sehr wichtige Botschaft und Weltsicht offenbaren. 
Was macht einen Menschen perfekt? Oder kann ein Mensch denn überhaupt perfekt sein? Liegt seine Perfektion nicht vielleicht gerade in der Tatsache, dass er es nicht weiß und dennoch von allen geachtet und geliebt wird? Ich finde die Gedanken schön, die Cecelia Ahern hier, wie auch schon in ihren „Erwachsenenromanen“ wieder aufgreift und im Gegensatz zu Flawed noch einmal weiter vertieft. Die moralische Kluft zwischen denen laut System Perfekten und denen, die es nicht sind nimmt noch weiter zu und zeigen uns eine verschärfte Sicht auf diesen Missstand. Das Ende passt perfekt zu der gesamten Dilogie und hat mich vollkommen zufrieden gestellt. Ich hoffe, dies war nicht Cecelia Ahern letzte All Age-Geschichte, denn das kann sie ebenso gut, wie alles, was wir bisher von ihr gelesen haben.
Fazit: Nicht nur mit Perfect sondern mit der ganzen Dilogie um Celestine hat mich Cecelia Ahern überzeugen können. Der Konflikt geht in diesem zweiten Teil noch einmal enorm vertieft und die Frage nach Moral und dem Wert eines Menschen wird weiter ausgebaut und dem Leser noch deutlicher. Celestine war dabei die perfekte Protagonistin und ich liebte es, ihren Gedankengängen zu folgen. Diese Dilogie kann ich nicht nur jenen empfehlen, die gerne Dystopien lesen. Ich bin sicher, sie kann noch viele andere Leserinnen und Leser überzeugen. Mir jedenfalls werden die beiden Bücher noch lange im Gedächtnis bleiben.

AMAZING. Fast paced and thrilling from page 1. It was an excellent sequel to flawed. I loved that it was only two books instead of being dragged out like other dystopian series such as the maze runner which should've ended after the death cure. Perfect (no pun intended) fir readers of the hunger games. The books are very similar with a love triangle and strong female protagonists leading a rebellion against a corrupt government. A stunning duology which tackles social class and the effects of prejudice and discrimination. A must read for all dystopian fans like myself. 

If you've read shatter me, the hunger games and the maze runner and enjoyed these series then flawed is perfect for you. (even if you haven't I still recommend immensely)

10/10 - insanely amazing and beautiful and perfect and exciting and thrilling. A page turner read that I could not put down. I read it in one sitting and I could not stop. Also, I loved Carrick - perfect and flawed and amazing man.

This is another one of those books that I loved but I really wished that I read book 1 first because book 2 blew me out of the water. I devoured Perfect. I think I read it in a couple of hours after my kids went to bed for the night and when I was done with it, I closed the book and just stared out into space….trying to digest everything that I just read. Yes, it was truly that good.

Celestine was a reluctant hero of the Flawed. When I say reluctantly because she really didn’t want to be a poster child for anything. All she wanted to do, at first, was to just find a place that she could go off grid and hide from Craven and his Whistleblowers. But that just doesn’t happen. Any place that she finds sanctuary in, they always show up. I kept thinking that maybe she had a tracking device or something on her at one point because of how they would always show up. But it was revealed, in most of the cases, that fellow Flawed were calling the Whistleblowers and altering them to where she was. Which was kind of crappy, in my eyes.

I couldn’t stand Craven. He was gunning for Celestine because he thought that she had incriminating video evidence that shows him illegally branding Celestine on the spine without numbing the area first. Then he tries to cover up his crime (because it was a crime) by kidnapping everyone that was there or saw her brand. Like that was going to help everything. And when he does finally get Celestine, what does he do….arranges for her to have a skin graft to cover her brand. Any scene with him in it made me feel seriously greasy and I wanted to shower.

I wasn’t too sure about Carrick at first. Everything he did for and with Celestine ended up serving himself or the political party that he has become attached to. I even began to question if he was really attracted to her or if it was a ruse to get her to join him and help the political party. But, like everything else in this book, not everything is what it seems.

Again, I do wish that I had read book 1. I had a small issue with the significance to where the people were branded. It wasn’t clearly explained in Perfect and that drove me nuts. But it didn’t take away from the story. Just personally drove me nuts.

The end of the book was pretty intense, action wise and I did like that all the storylines were brought together and ended.

How many stars will I give Perfect: 4

Why: Like I said above, I devoured this book in 2 hours. The plotline was great, characters were memorable and I loved the twist at the end of the book.

A great ending to a great duology. I absolutely flew through this! My thoughts on this book are pretty much the same as my thoughts on book one, as this didn't so much feel like a sequel and more so felt like a continuation of Flawed, which I really enjoyed as it kept the story flowing brilliantly. I've not read many dystopians but after reading this duology, I'd definitely like to explore the genre more!!

Usually I don't enjoy dystopian books as much as this, but damn this series is addictive. Celestine North is your typical main character in books like this, but yet I still like her and I'm rooting for her. 
 
I loved the sense of family in this book, it really united everything together in both the flawed and Celestine's family. I preferred the message of family here to the romance, the love triangle got on my nerves. Celestine had two choices and she seemed for some reason stuck on Art who for a majority of the book she thought didn't accept her for who she was. 
 
This whole series follows the theme of people who are flawed being outcasts and whilst this was a constant source of frustration for me, it was a very interesting point to think on. What would the world be like if we only kept the 'perfect' people in the public eye? Who is deemed as perfect in society? It seems quite a few features can be ignored when it comes to the system in this series, cough cough, Judge Crevan, cough cough. 
 
Sometimes you just read a book that you can loose yourself in and zoom through, this was one of those books.
