This was pretty much the same as every book previous with less child saving. October panic reacting to a neverending stream of crisises. I would love more in depth back stories and world building but instead it's just more of the same thing over and over. At this point all hints at a larger story arc just aren't worth it.

I loved it!! This series continues to be one of my favorites.

Things have been going great for October. That can't last though, we are talking about October. 

Toby has had an issue with goblin fruit forever. It is addictive and deadly. Especially to changelings.
Changelings have been reported missing. 

When they find the body of a changeling dead from goblin fruit, Toby decides it's time to ask the Queen to clean up her kingdom. The result: exile. Now she has three days to figure out a way to remain in the kingdom.

This series is amazing. If you like the fae, check it out.

This was by far my favorite in the series. A lot of series I read tend to wane a bit in the middle, but this one just keeps getting better and better. Can't wait for the next one.

Things are starting to look up for October "Toby" Daye. She's training her squire, doing her job, and has finally allowed herself to grow closer to the local King of Cats.
