Listen. Every time the word 'asexual' is used in a piece of media, I gain another life. I didn't love this comic tbh but I love Jughead cuz he's an ace icon and SUCH A MOOD.

Chip Zdarsky's Jughead is a refreshing new take on a very old character. There's some delightful bits in the volume (like Jughead's casual claiming of asexuality), though it is, at its heart, a simple, all-ages slice of life book. It aims to please the younger crowd, and I think it will succeed. Can't say I will jump to read the next volume, but I am glad it exists!

Ahhh Jughead is still my favorite from the original Archie comics so I'm curious to see how this series progresses!
