sometimes there was a little too much going on which kept it from a 4 star for me but it did make me cry twice. it was a good read.

what a lovely book. You get right into the mind of the protagonist and want to keep going. Some gritty backgrounds and a lot to say about the cycles of abuse and violence in families. Definitely worth reading
