Danish-modern style picture book about four friends who are on a mission to catch a beautiful bird. Time after time, in hilarious repetition, they fail in their attempts. Only the littlest one knows what to do. And then look out! When the squirrel shows up, my son (7) shouted, "THEY HAVE A PLAN!" Endpapers that bring the story full circle are icing on the cake.
