           It is my first comment ever, even though I have read almost 200 books so I hope it saying something. The fist book was the best thing I have read for a while, I am not talking about plot but in general- style, world, logic, intrigue etc
The second book was pretty good and also deserved 5 stars, however it felt unfinished for me, that is why I put 4. 
And the third book is a reason I am writing the comment. The book is good but I am so disappointed that the story ends. It feels like author became tired of it and just was in rush to finish the story. We could have had so much more books about baby crow, how he finished academy or not, his cape story, journey with Sofia that he promised, hunt for the Tyrant, and other villains. Author even have not shared the story about Tezcatlipoca.
Of course each author has the full right to do whatever they want with their work but what could have been one of the best story for near 7 books was cut in three. 

And author also has detective books but why not to write them in the same world? With Paco as a detective, he is so cool character and had so much potential. It could have been a great spin-off!

But no.
