This was a nice, light, fluffy read that was perfect for this time of year. 

As this was my first book read from Lisa Kleypas, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had picked it on a whim, looking for a "christmas" themed book". I was pleasantly surprised however, as I really liked the cozy atmosphere she created in Friday Harbour. From the toystore, to the rambling farmhouse, to the vineyard and of course the harbour, it was a place you couldn't help but wish you lived.

I found the characters all likable, all with a back story that needs to be further explored. I will defenitely read the next book and see what happens to the rest of the Nolan clan!
