The book was good and exciting that I had to finish it all in one sitting! Although I am not into ghost stories but the book really engaging and interesting! The way Jude find story and how she can't remember anything..how he helped her and somehow he found himself interfered in her life. . The events were going fast and thrilling! Sometimes it was kinda scary too! . . There were a few things that bothered me about the book! . The book was big (not so big 329 page) but had only 9 chapters which it means that most of the chapters were more than 40 pages which it was kinda annoying to me! . . The ending of the book was also a little rushed which it neglected a lot of details and left me confused and missing few things! Like what happened to the lamps and the ghosts! And what will be the fate of the faceless men! . . There were a lot of missing details about Jude and who he is! And also about his mother who is she, where is she and is he going to meet her! Also about Nick, who is this Nick anyway?, also Mr Morley who is he and what is his connection to the faceless men! What will happen between story and jude in the future! . . In the opposite there were more unnecessary details about unimportant things! I think if the writer concentrated on the important details and events rather than the unimportant ones! The book would turned out perfect and satisfying! . . The book was so simple and easy to read! I really liked the ghosts how they are enjoying their death and not miserable about being dead! They are turning death into something fun! I also liked that there was a lot of cultural diversity in the chapters! . . I give the book ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) because of the missing details and the rushed ending which it left me kinda feeling like overwhelmed and unsatisfied!
