The Mists of Brahma

The 2nd book in the Pataala Prophecy series is much better than the 1st one. The writer divides 450+ pages in 123 chapters so it's an easy read. I would have happily given 5 stars if not for the ending which felt a bit rushed. 

The character of Maya is developed brilliantly. It's a layered character and you do feel like rooting for her as the story progresses. 

I am also enjoying Satyavachana and Kapoor. Shukra is a strong villain. However, a few more chapters based on him would have been great.
