Este segundo libro es la continuación de lo que pasa después de que Scarlett asesina a Aspen. No hay mucho desarrollo en la trama, y se entiende ya que es el estilo de Stunich, sus libros mayormente son rellenos (que se disfrutan mucho) y la trama toma lugar en pocos momentos, ya que por lo general muestra más el desarrollo de Scarlett con los chicos. La historia termina con ella llevando a Alexei con su familia, mientras ellos tienen a Bohnes y de Widow y Ash no se sabe el paradero.

I LOVE that they actually aren't friends even in the slightest! Widow is by far my favorite, I'm obsessed. but Bohnes!? Talk about a ride or die, do anything for you type *swoon* Let me just say that cliffhanger is ROUGH! Everything better work out okay or I'm going to riot
