I think I've probably said this a time or two in the last few months, but I love Meghan Quinn's writing. It's romantic comedy at it's finest, but it doesn't sacrifice the sexy or the feels in favor of the laughs. 

Somehow Co-Wrecker slipped in under my radar at first. I think it was because I was swamped with work and prepping for Apollycon. Regardless, I was shocked when I started seeing posts about it on Facebook... because I didn't even know it was happening. So naturally, I headed over to Amazon and purchased a copy immediately. It took me a few days to get to it, but once I took a better look at the cover (hello hot guy with glasses!) and read the blurb (workplace romance!) I moved it to the top of the pile. I'm glad I did, too, because I enjoyed it so damn much. 

Both Sadie and Andrew were great characters. They were easy to root for. I loved that Sadie didn't fall for his charms immediately, instead being downright standoffish with him. I loved that her behavior didn't stop him from pursuing her. Their chemistry, their friendship, their romance... all perfect in my eyes. I loved the progression of the thing between them and, of course, how it all played out. I was literally laughing out loud and swooning all over the place. It could probably go without saying that I LOVED Andrew's dirty damn mouth, but I can't leave that part out. Not only were there feels and laughs, there were smokin' hot sexy times... often in unconventional places. As it takes place in a restaurant, it's not your typical workplace romance — i.e. office + billionaire boss + female underling — but it ticked the boxes on my "what I want in a workplace romance book" list. 

Long story short: Co-Wrecker was the perfect read for me at the perfect time. It was funny, swoony and sexy. I fell hard for the characters and I couldn't stop reading once I picked it up. Another hit by Meghan Quinn!

DNF, I don’t necessarily think the story is bad, a bit slow for sure, but the narrators made it too cringey to finish.
