I read the first book in the series almost two years ago and I picked up Blood of Wonderland hoping to remember everything, and thankfully I did! But where as I loved Queen of Hearts from the very beginning, Blood of Wonderland was very slow to start. I got a bit bored in the first few chapters. 

One moment I was bored and the next moment, I couldn't put the book down. Everything happened all at once. I have a soft spot for characters that aren't completely in control of their emotions- because really, are we always going to be in control of ourselves? But Dinah's development through out the book was great, but she never lost that certain rage and madness that I love so much about her. I sort of look up to her, although I know there will probably only be heart break in the end of this series. 

I need the next book now.

This book left me absolutely breathless! Holy moly, it was such a wild ride and I loved every second of it! There was an amazing amount of twists and turns. The pages flew by so quickly, I'm so glad I had the third one on hand. This book didn't go where I was expecting it to, it turned out so much better than I imagined!
