Naja ich hab’s gelesen um zu sehen woher der Hype um den Kommunismus kommt und bin mir jetzt sicher dass die meisten Kommunisten dieses Büchlein nicht gelesen haben. Im ernst, Marx beschwert sich, dass alle Proletarier den gleichen Lohn bekommen und moderne Kommunisten nehmen sich ihn als Vorbild und sagen alle sollten gleich viel haben - make it make sense???

The work is not providing an in-depth water-tight argument for socialism, but rather a call to action for all workers to unite against the opposing bourgeois class. Behind this manifesto that almost anybody can read, is a great deal of theory covered in his other work such as ‘Kapital’, which I am in the process of reading.

Marx was apparently the main operator behind the narrative voice and prose of the work, and it is very effective in stirring up feelings of optimism, solidarity, and enthusiasm.

It’s a long-standing piece of political literature for a reason, and many of the ideals and class conflicts remain relevant today.

its nice to read it broadens ur perspective makes u understand things. tbf he made some points definitely during the parts about child labour and public schools being free and the bourgeoisie using the women as means of production so yeahhh…

This book is considered a very popular book still to this day. I would recommend reading it whether or not you agree or disagree with Marx and Engels. No matter ones opinion it’s impossible to deny the political and historical importance of this little book. The interesting thing for me though is how it seems like no country has ever implemented Communism as it was originally envisioned. Is the original concept impossible to implement?

Es ist am 21. Februar 1848 in London erschienen, kurz vor der Februarrevolution in Frankreich und vor der Märzrevolution im Deutschen Bund und in den größten Staaten dieses Bundes Österreich und Preußen. Das Manifest der Kommunistischen Partei wurde in mehr als 100 Sprachen übersetzt. Im Juni 2013 wurde es in das UNESCO-Dokumentenerbe aufgenommen.

The legend, the blueprint. Short and succinct and to the point; nothing new for anyone who has been living through the past two years and radicalized to the left as a result or read any other socialist, but it's still good to read all of the important points laid out so clearly, especially the crucial distinctions of social democrats, aristocrats and the middle class.

This small but mighty work is a great showcase for the forcefulness of Marx's personality and his inexorable ability to argue. I don't agree with everything he says but I want to reread this all the same.
