Amo los libros de Colleen Hoover porque es una maldita buena artista cada vez que leo uno de sus libros conecto tanto con sus historias aunque nunca me he visto en situaciones como las que ella maneja en su libro, pero siempre he creído que el dolor y el amor son emociones fuertes que si las manejas apropiadamente siempre conectaras con el mundo ya que el dolor y el amor son emociones que todos hemos sentido en nuestra vida y en este libro el amor y el dolor están al por mayor. Confess es la hermosa historia de Auburn y Owen. Auburn comienza haciéndonos llorar desde el momento 1 pero después 5 años después de eso tú aún sientes su dolor pero también sientes como se comienza a recuperar. 5 años después conocemos a Owen un joven y talentoso artista que se inspira en base a las confesiones anónimas que las personas dejan bajo la puerta de su estudio. Ellos se conocen y desde el momento uno tienen una conexión y no lo digo en broma ¡Ellos de verdad tienen una conexión! just a story of love, it was fate. i love how their love flows slowly but felt with lots of sweetness in their interactions. i love auburn's character and how she would do everything for someone important to her. i love her determination and having owen by her side helps her motivated more to get what she wants. 

OMG!!! owen is now my ultimate crush-wrecker (is that even a word?) being an artist gave him a lot of aura points. i love how he loves auburn, i was smiling and amazed by his way of flirting. i guess im a sucker for eye contacts😞🥲 i love that he is possesive and wants auburn but with no amount of manipulation and force (i can really see the difference between trey and him). i love everything about omg 🙌 im glad that he fixed his relationship with his dad. 

lastly, i loved the ending!! it made me go like 😱😱😱😱 because that could be fate, you knoww

This book would’ve been better without the possessive weirdness of “I’m the only one who deserves you” before Owen and Auburn hook up. That seriously gave me the ick 😒.

I LOVE THE ENDING. I like the story and it is definitely interesting. Although I love the idea of fate, I don't like instalove books. It was kinda rushed, and I wish it took more time to develop. I would also like to see how the antagonists acted the way they did.

Loved this book so much. Would of given 5* but felt the ending was too rushed! Finished in 24 hours because I just couldn’t put it down.

Confess by Colleen Hoover had me hooked from the start with the character development and the realistic drama . One minute everything looks good and it seems like things are getting better and the next I’m wanting to pull my hair out in frustration with things going wrong . Auburn and Owen are perfect for each other they truly understand and complement the others personality and Adam is smiling from up above happy that auburn had another fate . Trey on the other hand is what’s wrong with society abuse is not right. Other then that This is definitely one of my top 5 star reads of all time.

Colleen Hoover. You are a mastermind. This is the first book I read by Colleen and damn, she left me wanting more. I am so glad that I have a huge stack of her books that I got from the library to read through. 

Confess follows Auburn and Owen. Both with messy lives and not able to gain complete control over what goes on in their own lives we learn about what their secrets are and why they keep them hidden. All Auburn wants is for everyone around her to be happy and make sure they are okay, even when it hurts her in the process. Owen leans on expressing himself the only way he knows how through his art. Creating artwork based on the confessions brought to him anonymously to his studio’s doorstep. 

Both Auburn and Owen and the story overall are beautifully written. Colleen is adept at revealing meaningful things with perfect timing. Not when you think it should happen, but when it actually needs to happen. I was rooting for Auburn and Owen from the beginning. And at one point I said to myself “I need to accept that Auburn and Owen might not work out so prepare yourself.” But Colleen didn't disappoint. I felt a boatload of emotions while reading and her writing is unlike any other authors that I’ve read before. It was refreshing and to read a romance novel this way as it wasn't the same old romance story like most others are.

While reading this book I felt completely engaged the entire time. It amazed me how sucked in I got from the first page all the way to the last. She’s very detailed and writes extremely well. It was easy for me to move along through the story with Auburn and Owen. Solid ★★★★★ out of 5 stars from me!

Confess is the latest novel by Colleen Hoover and to say it is my new favorite would be an understatement. I started this book last night at midnight and I finished it tonight at 9. I just could not stop turning the pages. I was absolutely enthralled with the story.

"Owen smiles and I suddenly wish we were in the cleaning aisle, because someone is going to have to mop me up off this floor." 

Let me just start by stating how much I loved both of the main characters. Owen and Auburn were a breath of fresh air. They were so adorable and cute and my age that I just couldn't help, but fall for them both. The above quote was from Auburn and it was one of the many that just made me laugh out loud. She was just so innocent and I think one of the reasons I liked her so much was because she reminded me of me.

"But the hesitation I'm feeling is due in large part to me and my inexperience, because I'm not sure I'd know what to do with my hands if it came down to it."

There were so many lines in the book that just reached out and pulled me in deeper, because I could relate so much. This was one of them. Some of Auburn's lines literally spoke my mind. I like that Auburn had insecurities that were realistic; insecurities than any girl might have. She didn't have some super dark past that only twenty people in the world can relate to, but she was a fairly normal twenty year old and I appreciated her character so much!

"What are these ridiculous, shallow thoughts that are plaguing my brain? I don't care about muscles or six-packs or skin that looks so flawless, it makes me want to chase his father down and give him a high five for creating such an impeccable son."

Owen, on the other hand, was just as wonderful a character. He was so kind and thoughtful that you couldn't help, but fall in love with him. I really liked the fact that Hoover didn't dwell on his appearance. She describes him once and then you get glimpses here and there, but for the most part it was about his actions and his thoughts that create the man he is. Once you get that inside look, he honestly just makes you melt.

He was a complex character with a slightly darker past, but that wasn't who he was. He had created it into something special and created a man in himself that was worth getting to know. I appreciated how he was the overly protective, jealous guy that is in all the books being written lately. Yes, he loved her and yes, he was there for her when she needed him, but he didn't forbid her to do this and that and claim her as his own and I really, really liked that.

"I went to China for two weeks without telling anyone. When I returned, no one noticed I'd been gone."

The idea for Owen's art studio was so creative and it drew me in. Having art that is based on anonymous confessions is so intriguing and I wish it was a real thing. (I'm going to Google that!). I honestly wish I could have been in that studio reading those confessions, because I could relate to so many. The quote above was a confession that I identified with. Not that it actually happened to me, but that there are moments when I believe people don't notice I'm gone and I fear that one day this will be me. It is crazy to think that my fear is someone else's reality.

Of course, there was one character that I loathed, but I didn't like him, because technically I would consider him the villain. The story line involving him kind of irritated me, but I understand that it was needed to make the story progress. It wouldn't be the story that I love without it. It wouldn't have led the characters to do what they did without it.

There was some serious twists and turns that I was not expecting, but they were so good! They only enhanced the story more. As for the ending-- it was the best! I was smiling and tearing up. I actually got so into this book. It was so cute, but serious, while still being fairly realistic. I enjoyed it and it was a much needed read!

This is the first book in a long time that I have actually wanted to share with someone. After I finished the last page, I literally jumped in my car and drove to my best friend's house to demand she read it. It was that good!

Another amazing book by Hoover. The story is incredibly interesting, since the beginning there are so many secrets makes you read the book faster, just to see whats going on. The twist and turn and how each characters develops was very interested and unexpected. I will have to say the artwork link to the book makes it so special and profound. I completely loved how selfless and passionate were Owen and Auburn. I felt both of them were such compassionate person makes you root for them to be happy.

This is one of my favorite books by Colleen. I just...ugh.

I really liked the characters and the development trough the story but it I was a bit disappointed. It was suppose to be sad but I didn't teared up. The ending was still quite good. Also there was barely any spice and I expect colleen hoover books to have more of it.  The story was still very beautiful and I still enjoyed to book (I think it's simular to it ends with us)

Lol but really, I'm giving this a 4 because you're supposed to feel that way after reading a book. You're supposed to feel that unknowing connection with the characters that you keep yearning for more and you wish you could continue being a part of their lives even after the last chapter has come to an end. 

And that's exactly how I feel.

I really like Colleens books, I know there's controversy around her but her books always get me out of slumps. I font know hoe to describe them, no they aren't the best but they are easy and fun to read. This specific book is unique because it has the actual paintings in it. Iw as a bit confused at the end cuz I assumed the painting showed are given to her with the note, but at the end I realized its all the paintings throughout the while book. I read Confess so quick and I really enjoyed it. I don’t think I would change anything about it
