I had fun at the beginning of the book and I completely understand Sofia's feeling about being left out from her family. I just got tired when she got married with Danilo. There's always a kissing scene every damn chapter and also felt rushed. I think I need more action scenes like her other books so yeah, I was disappointed. It only got interesting when remofina finally appeared. What saddens me though as I closed this book is that I hope there's a possibility for Fina and Sofia to meet again because unlike Fabiano with his sisters, there's zero chance for them to see each other again.

Hi BookLovers, The wait is finally over and before that, Congratulation to Cora Reilly! She's having a baby and for Fragile Longing. I was so excited when this book is finally here and I really can't wait to read it and when I got my hands on it I can't seem to get over it. Oh! You know how I'm a sucker for Mafia Romance and all the bad boy vibes and shit. I'm that kind of reader and I've been in love with everything the author has written. I'm not really into the book 100% like how I'm into Sweet Temptation but it was still beautiful. I love the character and the storyline just it's a little bit slow and the focus was mostly on Sofia issues with her sister and not about her and Danilo. But overall it was still beautiful and amazing. Highly Recommended! :)

2.5 i hated this a lot less than i thought i would but i still hated it. they were kinda cute towards the end after danilo pulled his head out of his ass & sofia stopped pining after him like the embarrassing little kid she is. will never forgive danilo & sam & sofia’s parents for how they treated serafina and her twins tho 🤷🏻‍♀️ how after all these years do they not realize they were in the wrong ?? couldn’t even look at the innocent babies bc they looked like remo. but then sofia gives birth to twins too and suddenly they wanna be good grandparents c’mon 😭😭 cora was so sick for that. the best part ab this book was remo living rent free in danilo’s head and serafina in sofia’s when they don’t spare them a single thought 😭 they’re so obsessed who’s gonna tell them remofina & nevio & greta are living their best lives in vegas ☝🏼

(3 stars)Cora Reilly is one of my favorite romance authors and i know going into her books that I’m gonna enjoy it. I have been so curious about what happened after Twisted Pride with Danilo and Sofia. What I liked about this book was that it started with the events from twisted pride. We got to see the POV of Danilo and Sofia and how they processed things during those events. We get to see Sofias infatuation with Danilo grow and basically become an obsession. While I did like going through Sofia being a child to tween to teen to young adult, the book kind of dragged for me. All of Sofia’s thoughts were basically her obsessing over a grown man who barely gave her the time of day and comparing herself to her sister. I felt bad for Sofia in the beginning but the older she got the more infatuated she got, the more annoying she became. Danilo on the other hand wasn’t phased by her at all and definitely had an a-hole vibe to him for 90% of the book. Also his issues with having meaningless sex with blonds was weird and had me wanting to junk punch him. Toward the middle to end of the book there were a few sexual scenes that i didn’t love in this book. There was one scene in the woods in particular were it felt rapey to me and was was so put off. In the end the relationship between the two main characters felt a little forced. They aren’t my favorite couple and I just didn’t feel the chemistry between them. Overall I did enjoy Reading this and getting to see Samual and Anna and I have hope for their story. Like most Books by Cora, I read it fast and had fun so I’m not mad I read this. I do recommend reading if your love the Camorra Chronicles. 3/5 stars. Thanks to the author for providing me with an arc for review.

2 ⭐️ I didn't have high expectations for this one. I truly didn't. And maybe that's why I can rate it 2 stars. This story isn't a surprise to me. After reading Bound by the Past, Twisted Pride AND Twisted Bonds, it was obvious where this plot was going for and I wasn't mad to know about it. What made me upset and not enjoy pretty much 40% of the book was that this was exactly Bound by the Past, Twisted Pride and Twisted Bonds events but in Danilo's and Sofia's pov. And I think after so many books around the same topic (even if the first three were not entirely focused on it) is a bit too much. Then, not only is Danilo a grown man with no sense of how to get over your pride whatsoever, Sofia is very young and jumps into irrational decisions. And I don't blame her - she's been infatuated by Danilo all her life and after everything that went down with Serafina, she seems to have been forgotten by her entire family as well. I pity her, truly. The only person in her life that always seemed to care for what she truly is, was Anna. Obviously there's a lot of miscommunication trope which lead to some "rolling my eyes" kind of moments. But overall, everything you expect to happen in the book, it happens. There are some surprising moments, good and bad, but they exist. The spice moments of the book were good though, and after the 60% mark of the book, it becomes so much more enjoyable, mainly cause it's new story. What I don't understand is, (view spoiler)[after they decide to forget the past and focus on their relationship, why does Sofia brings up the Serafina topic the moment Danilo says he's falling for her. And trust me, I get that she is insecure, but if she wasn't ready to move on from it, maybe she should've said so when they discussing their marriage in the first place. (hide spoiler)] For some reason there had to be a moment of angst in the final chapter, and even though I was happy to (view spoiler)[see Remo again (hide spoiler)] it also felt rushed and a bit unnecessary. In the epilogue, when everything is happy and the children are around, I can't help but feel hatred for Ines and Pietro for so openly loving their grandsons... They had Nevio and Greta to love too but because of their "failure" and how they look, they couldn't bring themselves to love them? It annoyed me the first time I read it, and it won't ever annoy me and make me dislike them a bit. Overall, a predictable read but it nice one to spend the time.

Rate: ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Steam: 🔥🔥🔥/3 A lot of people really didn’t like this book, and while I didn’t love it, and did see a lot of issues with it I also didn’t mind it. Was it as good as all of Cora’s books? No I didn’t think so. The most disappointing part was it had potential but instead it missed all the opportunities to make this a stellar book. I didn’t like how the plot was literally comparison to Fina and hate for Remo. What saved this book for me was the lil things like the Koi fish, Anna and her and Sofia’s friendship, and the s*x (because that was honestly pretty good 👀). Overall I didn’t hate it but didn’t love it either a pretty so so read to be honest.

Cora Reilly always knows how to write addicting Mafia romance stories. And Fragile Longing is no different. Fragile Longing will bring Sofia to her greatest dream man, Danilo. But not everything is perfect for both of them. Sofia and Danilo are facing the aftermath when Serafina chooses the enemy. You can’t blame what the heart desires. There are severe consequences when you do. I feel for Sofia mainly because she is left to pick up the void and marry Danilo. It may be a dream to her but Danilo is not what he seems. She will soon realize this as she grows up. I really felt sorry for Sofia because she is trying too hard to be her sister than be her own. I know that it sucks she has left but try to be yourself, not her. It takes years for Sofia to finally realize who she is. It’s a shame. I really wanted her to find herself sooner than later.Danilo is such a-hole at times. Yeah, the dream girl you wanted left you but did you really want her or her fantasy? Grow out of it already. It does take some time for him but he is willing to forward with Sofia. I understand his frustration with Sofia because she is so stuck in the past that he wants to forget about. Sofia and Danilo can truly be there for each other if they are willing to move forward. They take so much time in the past that they almost mess up their relationship. Stop focusing in the past, it’s now that matters.

English This book is a standalone but it is part of the world of Born in Blood & Camorra Chronicles, specifically the Outfit, it is about Sofia, Fina's younger sister and Dante's niece, and Danilo, Fina's ex-fiancé, I didn't like Danilo for his apparent obsession with Serafina in pasts books, so I had my doubts about this book but I must say that it was better than I expected. As a negative point, I think I don't like how lately Cora retell events that have already happened from the point of view of other characters, in this case I understand the need but it was very unnecessary and there were parts that I felt didn’t add anything new to the story, I end up getting bored 50% in, because everything became repetitive, from Sofia's insecurities to Danilo's problems, now leaving that aside, I still liked the book. When we finally got to the wedding and then there was a fight between them I thought, my God there will be unnecessary drama and I was ready to leave, BUT what I thought would happen did not happen, because Danilo said let's talk and thank you for that, they decided to work as a team to fix their mistakes and give each other a chance, so seeing their relationship develop little by little was what I liked about the book. I really liked both of them even though they are not my favorite couple, I think they are very different from the others so I appreciate that. Lastly, I really liked the book, the second part saved it for me, Anna and Emma I love them and I want their books now, but I have my doubts with Emma and Samuel I hope that what I feel is going to happen does not happen, Anna I don't know what to predict she’s very crazy, so I recommend it, it does not have strong scenes, so anyone can read it.

** spoiler alert ** Muito repetitivo.
