Definitely a bigger fan of this book than the first. It was fun getting to see aurora come to life and develop a personality, and seeing some of the guys get what they deserved. The character development was well needed.

I absolutely LOOOVED book one (Make Me Lie) when it came out several months ago, so I was pretty hyped about the follow up. And I was not disappointed. This picks up right where book one left off, but instead of running away after literally setting the guys belongings on fire, Aurora decides to stick around to start getting real revenge. I loved that we got to see more of the guys’ individual quirks and backstories—especially Remington. Another trope I always love? When they can’t sleep unless they sleep together and soothe each other when they have nightmares. 🥺 Oh, and spice was chefs kiss excellent. Aurora is a badass and a half, and I can’t wait to see where this story goes next!
