The Pucking Wrong Number
Reviews

This author does not know puck and has never met a hockey player
This book was so cringey but in a way that it ends up being kinda entertaining because it’s so absurd.
But still… I don’t know how many times I rolled my eyes at the shit they said in this.
Also Lincoln needs to be in JAIL ‼️

This is a DARK ROMANCE hockey book

this book was so bad but like in a good way ? idk

He is obsessed with her 😩

I'm kinda disappointed and I honestly almost dnf, which is why its not a 3⭐️, but it had enough likable moments to where it isn't lower. I'm all for stalker/possessive but this man was psycho and not in a good way... at first, I forgot it was a dark romance then shit took a sharp turn. The text messages between the two got a little confusing because it'd be in those bubble things, then in the it'd middle switch to italics. Just for the same texts to appear in the others pov, next chapter. Once I figured it out, the text were kinda cute, ngl. This book had so much potential and just fell flat for me.

Highlights

“Well, you see, there’s a girl in here I’m pretty crazy about, but she’s told me to get lost.”
💀

He'd even ordered my Starbucks for me and had it waiting at pick up because I'd been nervous about stopping and possibly missing the flight because of a long line.

We were having our first argument. Or maybe I was having my first argument. Lincoln was being frustratingly calm about the whole thing.

I owned her, and she owner me. I was addicted to the way she felt, a bittersweet pain I wasn't sure I'd survive.

"When something feels this fucking good, you don't fight it. You just follow it to the ends of the earth, no matter where it takes you."

Would I always hover right outside his orbit, the muted moon to his shining sun?
