I've never listened to an audiobook before - I've always thought of them as cheating. But I'm such a big fan of Craig Ferguson so I thought it would be fun to listen to him tell his own story. And he really killed me! His story is funny, charming, wacky and touching. He tells about growing up in Scotland and his crazy adventures as a punk rocker, comedian and alcoholic, all on his way to becoming a late night talk show host and an American. I loved the voices and impressions he used for different characters. He's nuts and I love him.

I'm so happy I read this book. I almost couldn't put it down. Ferguson's life is very interesting. He talks about his youth until getting the job as host for The Late Late Show. He was very open about his alcoholism and drug use, which made for a very touching and oftentimes hilarious book. I thought it was very brave of him to pen all of that down.

This is one of the best memoirs I've ever read. It's candid and touches very important and sensitive topics in an honest, funny and touching way. Craig has lead an extremely interesting life, and tells you his story as if he's sitting next to you having a little chat. I think everyone can learn something from this book.
Highly recommended if you're even a little bit interested in Craig's life and career. 
Also, if you can, get the audiobook, it's brilliant and so worth it.
