I downloaded this book from Netgalley in return for an honest review. I've come into this series in the middle but that in no way detracted from my enjoyment of this stonking little gem. The titan crew are private security doing the jobs that the US Government can't or won' do. Sugar, real name Lily Chase, is an undercover ATF agent and part time supplier of arms to Jared Chase and his team at Titan. She enjoys pushing his buttons and doesn't under stand why he pisses her off so much. Having accepted an assignment in Afghanistan she lands in trouble and Titan are sent in to rescue the hostage, unaware that Lily is also there and is being left behind intentionally by the slimy and brilliantly named Buck Baer, owner of GSI, Titans rivals. Jared and the team fly back to rescue her and a local child she befriends and the rip roaring action just never ends. Whilst Sugars snarkiness can be a bit over the top I'm sure there are many female agents who really are that independent and will happily cut off their nose rather than ask for help. The sex scenes are amazing and HOT!!!! but not totally out of the realms of Joanna Public being able to pull off. Have happily one clicked the entire series and am looking for more - hint hint!!!!
