I’ve lowered my rating by a star because just over a week after finishing this short story I could not recall what it was about. Not compelling or memorable. In fact it’s more like dredging up some memories from the past and then dismissing them as you go about your life. Yeah, I remember that. Oh well. It happened. Move on.

It was fine? Preferred this to Evidence Of The Affair as a short story but I wasn't captured or amazed by any stretch.
