These covers are so much fun! It's so refreshing to see a series in this genre that doesn't have people on the covers! In this case you can really imagine the characters yourself and I love the colors. My compliments to these! I wish more series did the same thing.

Not only the cover is great. but I love the setting. I love stories that take place in small towns or in this case an island. Even though I'm sure it's annoying everone knows your business, it's nice having a place that will care about you! The people on this island are a lot of fun and it definitely makes me want to pick up the other books, because I know some of them have their own stories already!

Jonah is a single man and decides to open a new place on the island. A safe place for teenangers to be themselves. I loved this idea and how it turned out. The few characters we read about that go there are a lot of fun! He needs some time on his own at times, but he wouldn't mind some company either. Jonah has had a crush on Penny, but she doesn't seem to see him at all.

The Last Wingman is only told from Jonah's POV and I have to say, I think this story would've been more complete if we could've read from Penny's POV as well. Of course, we learn a lot about her when Jonah interacts with her, but I felt we were missing a lot, because it's clear a lot happened with her as well.

This book is a fun and fast read that made me laugh out loud quite a few times! I really came to love the characters. I loved the trivia nights and the different references to fandoms. I would so join an evening like that. In all honesty, it takes awhile before anything really happens. While that isn't a bad thing, I would've loved to have seen more moments between Penny and Jonah!

The Last Wingmen is a fun and fast read with a small town and characters you love! I was going to give this 3,5 starts, but the romantic at the gesture at the end left a smile on my face. I loved it so much that it definitely added a bit to the rating!
