I enjoyed the positive, clear and simple narrative this book provides. I also liked the attempts to increase the relevance of these ancient concepts to modern Life and cosmology. It provides a clear outline of how anyone can make meditation Buddhism a part of their life and a path to follow. I did find some of the more esoteric concepts confused and needlessly opaque. All in all an interesting and enlightening read.
