what is not to like in an Archie comic. And that too summer themed. It was such a riot of laughter. I always end up reading more comics than I want to.

Archie's Summer Splash is a cute, little comic following Cheryl Blossom wanting to be the center of attention at the beach - which includes forming a band and being a bad singer. I wish there was a few more pages to see how this story would have went. I would have just loved to see the follow through, but this story was cut short. If there would have been a bit more meat to the story, I would have loved it a lot more. It felt more like a tease than an actual story. Overall, it was cute. I liked this better than some of the previous Archie comics I've picked up. Three out of five stars.
