2.5 I didn’t really get the hype about this book. When I first saw it on TikTok I was super interested in reading it; once I started, however, I had to force myself to finish. It was a fun, short read but it wasn’t my cup of tea.
everything happened very quickly, the baby girl and daddy nicknames are to cringe for me, the age difference between them is also too much for me, there was no plot only smut :( sorry not sorry

If you are into the age gap, Daddy kind, bondage tropes, this is the book for you. Super steamy, kinky, and a decent Christmas smut novella. So if you're looking for a quick read, I suggest giving this one a try.
No me están disgustando las novelas de Dana Isaly, pero si creo que no cumplen con el hype que se les ha dado en booktok. En parte les veo el atractivo, pero me decepcionan un poco como novelas eróticas, no aportan nada nuevo o elaborado. Son... meh. Considero que los de Games we play y Secrets we hunt son algo mejores, no por el sexo, porque los 3 libros podrían ser un copia pega en ese aspecto (quitando que en este hay daddy kink), sino porque Jack y Wes me caían mejor y sus relaciones me importaban más.
Great short novela What a great steamy book! Sad it’s over! Hopefully there will be more. Holly and nick seem to be a great couple even tho there is a huge age gap!

I can always count on Dana Isaly to deliver a hot, panty-dropping, kinky story. Holly has been dumped at a bar right after finding out she’s been cheated on. She’s ready to get the night over with until Nick, the owner of the bar, tells her to stay. You see, Nick took one look at Holly and he knew he needed to spend more time with her. “I’m going to show you exactly how a man should treat a woman.” I’m not always a fan of the daddy-kink, but silver-fox Nick made me forget that. He’s a very confident person, but it’s in a very unassuming way, which added to his appeal. Plus, not only does he know how to satisfy a woman in the bedroom, he’s an absolute sweetheart outside of it. The attention and dedication he gives to Holly will surely melt you. I also loved how he would lift Holly up, especially when it came to her body. Dana Isaly tackled self-image in this book. Holly’s disdain and disgust for her body felt so raw and real; my heart was hurting for her. I’m glad Nick came in at the right time to show her to love her body and accept herself exactly how she is. Now, this book had something involving Christmas lights that left me speechless. I basically thrusted this book to the husband and told him we needed more Christmas lights ASAP. If you know, you know. 😏 Overall, Dipped in Holly is a highly satisfying and equally entertaining Christmas novella.

Dana is becoming one of my new favorite authors. Dana just writes smut so good and a smutty Christmas novella? Sign me up 🤭. This was absolutely amazing and fun. A plus size main character. A salt and pepper silver Fox. A fun way to use Christmas lights 😏. This book was everything I needed to get me out of a slump. Also learning I may have a daddy kink? This is the perfect smutty Christmas read. I really hope we get to see more of these characters because they are literal perfection together. TW - Daddy Kink, BDSM, Bondage, Sexual Content 18+

i originally gave this 2 stars but honestly after the situation (which go look it up) i decided to give it 1 star. u might be like "why u giving a low rating bc of the author not the book" and tbh i wanted to give it a 1 star but i didnt have time for it. the book wasnt even that good. its the worse novella ive probably ever read. and the age gap?!?!! bro i dont have a problem with age gap in books but yall this mf was 50 and she was what 25. LIKE NAHHH. u could be her whole ass grandpa. fuck that. lucky i never even supported her or even read her other books, cuz shit this was bad.
If you are need your daddy kink satisficed this holiday season, please read this book!!! Dana is the queen of unlocking all your kinks you didn't know you had!!! Holly is brutally dumped by her boyfriend of 5 years in front of his friends at a local bar. Nick (the bar owner) doesn't line the way Holly is being treated and he's instantly possessive over her. So he makes a show of passionately kissing her in front of everyone especially her now ex-boyfriend. Like clock work, Holly's ex gets all on Nick's face just to be thrown out on his ass. Once Nick closes the bar he only has one thing on his mind. Show Holly how a real man should treat a lady!
🔥🔥 Daddy Nick is spicy! Definitely not a book to read if you want a good plot, this is definitely all smut. But it's very enjoyable! Can't wait to see Holly and Nick's story continue!
