Stefanie Stahl

Der Schlüssel zur Lösung (fast) aller Probleme

Das Kind in dir muss Heimat finden

I consciously read the book very slowly and in parts to sit with the questions, tasks, and input that Stefanie is giving. Honestly, it feels like a session of therapy, where I can take the time to learn something about myself, understand an issue as well as work on strategies to stay in my grown-up self. I enjoyed the informal way of writing, it is very accessible. I will definitely look back into it in the future, just to continue prompting myself.
