Okay, so I love KQ, but it turns out that I hate reading about the roman empire. Thank you and good night.

Had this on my Amazon wish list and checked it out from the library. The story follows 4 sisters/cousins during a turbulent time in Rome's history when there were 4 emperors in as many years and how their lives were intertwined with this history. A really good look at Roman history and culture.

I liked this one a lot more than Mistress of Rome and am really curious to see how the other books in this series are!

A.D. 69. The Roman Empire is up for the taking. The Year of Four Emperors will change everything--especially the lives of two sisters with a very personal stake in the outcome.
