Do Gerbils Go to Heaven?

In a series of episodes, young Jeremy James, who does not yet quite understand the adult world, goes to the emergency room with a "pained" wrist, persuades the family not to give up chocolate, wonders whether the gerbils are going to heaven, advises the local Member of Parliament not to tell fibs, and gets into a number of other ordinary situations, leaving a trail of misunderstandings behind him that only he does not recognize.
