Lady Day and Revelations

In Lady Day when Katya discovers her husband and her best friend are having an affair, she hibernates to a cabin in the woods, hoping to reinvent her life in the depths of winter. But being a hermit proves difficult as she's pursued by her husband, her friend's husband and her daughter's boyfriend, all desperate to win her hand. The comic mayhem is only resolved when the three men duel to the death on Lady Day... In Revelations, a mysterious stranger comes to the aid of a desolate cliff-top village ravaged by storms and erosion. The villagers soon proclaim the stranger the new Messiah, despite his atheist protestations. He enjoys the miraculous effect he seems to have, without accepting responsibility for his actions until he meets his nemesis in the storm of the century.
